Working on creating innovative and sustainable approaches to solve complex community challenges through a style of Startup incubator by uniting Haitian Leaders and Innovators ages 15-25 in specific regions. Our mission is to train them on how to create potential solutions to a complex social problem and how those challenges can turn into opportunities to create social enterprises.

A bit about Mackendy

Mackendy, a Haitian native, has gained transformative life experiences through travel, cultural exchange, service learning, and experiential education. He has worked with youth and community groups in over seven rural villages and five cities in three countries. Successfully co-organized and facilitated five youth conferences for over 1600 youth from twenty communities in Haiti, Dominican Republic, US, and Dubai. Today,┬áMackendy is the Program Director of the Youth Ambassador Program a U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs grants administering through Global Potential. Helping youth all over Haiti, ages 15-19 become successful leaders to become active agents of change.
