In the Foundation block, Fellows engage in self-assessment, guided exercises, and group discussions to align their strengths, values, and leadership styles with their venture goals, building a solid groundwork for entrepreneurial growth and long-term scalability.

The Data & Metrics block equips Fellows with the skills to analyze and communicate data-driven insights, enabling them to measure success, craft compelling impact narratives, and drive meaningful change in their ventures.
Venture Funding
The Funding block equips Fellows with advanced fundraising and financial management strategies, helping them explore diverse capital sources, build strong donor relationships, and develop robust financial models to drive their ventures toward sustainable success.
Teams
In the Team Management block, Fellows develop the skills to build, lead, and motivate effective teams by cultivating collaboration, leveraging diverse strengths, and mastering strategies for communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Pitch
The Pitch block equips Fellows with the skills to craft and deliver compelling pitches through six modules of workshops and practice labs, culminating in a professional pitch presentation and recording that empowers them to confidently engage stakeholders and advance their ventures.
