Together, anything is possible. This core belief has inspired us to imagine a better way for organizations to collaborate, both internally and with the world at large. Our goal: Infuse the social impact sector with the spirit of open sharing, decentralized collaboration, and collective impact for a better world. That's why we have built Upshift One - a collaboration platform for individuals and teams with bold ambitions. Take projects to the next level with suggestion management, issue tracking, and in-text comments. Focus on what matters thanks to integrated version control that makes it easy for you and your collaborators to understand what changed, when, and why. Scale up your impact by joining a community of changemakers just like you and identifying new collaborators. Change the world. Together.

“If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange these apples then you and I will still each have one apple. But if you have an idea and I have an idea and we exchange these ideas, then each of us will have two ideas.” ― George Bernard Shaw

A bit about Finn

I dream of a world of compassion, peace, and sustainability. A world in which we human beings work hand-in-hand to collaboratively co-create the future that we want to live in. Impossible? Maybe – but the word ‘impossible’ is a description of the limits of our imagination, not the limits of reality. I was born into a loving family in Hamburg, Germany in 1992. As a teenager, I discovered my passion for writing </code> and soon after fell deeply in love with Ruby on Rails. Aside from a few adventures with PHP and Ember.js, I have been in a mostly monogamous relationship ever since. Some of my most transformative experiences have been living in Ghana and Bhutan. Now, I’m studying social entrepreneurship and peace studies and preparing to graduate in May 2018. I love open source, ~$ bash, riding my bike, seahorses, and cooking plant-based foods.
