Allyson's undying will to make the world a better place has led her to an orphanage in Kenya, stand up for the rights of women and children, and work in a leadership role with CIYOTA a non-violent movement to bridge the tribal divide and bring peace and prosperity to the Democratic Republic of Congo.

"Protect your courage" -ERIC GLUSTROM

Protect your courage

As the amazing band the Eagles stated, “So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains…And we never even know we have the key.” Allyson has found that this quote rings true for her life. Her goal in life is to free herself and free those around her. Allyson has big heart and is extremely empathetic. She is joyful, athletic, and adventurous. She has an irrefutable grit to make the world a better place. She is fiercely complex, holds steadfast to her values, and loves without limit. After graduating high school in 2011, she travelled to Kenya to work at an orphanage for a semester. In Kenya, Allyson felt like she had finally landed in a place where her heart could be used to the best of its ability and her passions for empowering and loving people was put to its proper use. She has a strong desire to right the wrongs and atrocities perpetrated against women and children around the world. Allyson is committed to empowering women and to restoring human dignity wherever it has been lost. She wants to empower people to reach their goals and provide them with avenues to pursue their passions.
