Ford Philanthropy Mobility Fellow Jamie Thurston Wyngaard Appointed Invest Cape Town Ambassador
’24–’25 Ford Philanthropy Mobility Fellowship alum Jamie Thurston Wyngaard has been appointed as one of the City of Cape Town’s Invest Cape Town Ambassadors, joining a three-year initiative to strengthen business, investment, and innovation in the region.
This prestigious role positions Jamie as a global advocate for Cape Town, where he will support initiatives that promote the city as a leading destination for economic growth, international opportunity, and entrepreneurial leadership. The ambassador program brings together influential voices from diverse sectors to elevate Cape Town’s profile on the global stage.
