After completing the assessment process, you will join our talent pipeline and immediately gain access to relevant personal and professional development resources to help you build the career you want. During this time, we help develop your resume, sharpen your interview skills, and build your confidence.

The remainder of program is unlocked upon receiving a job offer. The Career Accelerator Fellowship is part-time program you gain access to during the first 8-months of your employment to help you develop your skillsets. Upon completion of the program, you gain access to our coaches on an as needed basis and can access course materials at any time.

Weekly Skill Building Workshops

As a Fellow, you'll have the opportunity to engage in expert-led workshops designed to enhance essential 21st-century skills such as teamwork, cultivating a growth mindset, and customer service - all crucial for your long-term career growth and success.

Monthly Speakers & Networking

You will join small group sessions led by experts and leaders in various fields relevant to your career advancement, providing you with invaluable opportunities to expand your professional network and forge meaningful connections within your industry.

One-on-One Career Coaching

You'll receive access to personalized career coaching sessions. Our career coaching program aims to assist you in developing a long-term career path, aligning your goals, and providing customized professional development support.

How To Join

Fill Out Program Application & Assessment

Complete our Interest Form, submit relevant documents, and provide us with your contact information. This section also includes a Career Assessment. Applicants who meet basic eligibility criteria will proceed to the next step.

Meet with Career Coach

Schedule a meeting with one of our Career Coaches to discuss your interests, experience, career goals, and challenges. If your application and goals align with our program, you will be invited to continue to the process with a small assignment.

Enter Talent Pipeline

Upon acceptance, you will enter our job seeker pipeline and become immediately eligible for matching with open positions from our partner companies. Matches will be made based on availability. Meanwhile, you will gain immediate access to your career coach and our weekly career workshops. During this time, you will also receive resume support and interview preparation guidance.

Job Interview

When a suitable role becomes available, we will match you with a partner company and invite you to participate in their job application and interview process. We will ensure you are prepared and feel confident every step of the way! Final employment offers are at the discretion of our employer partners.

Begin The Fellowship & Launch Your Career

Upon receiving a job offer, you will commence full-time employment and unlock the benefits of the 8-month Watson Institute Fellowship program. This includes weekly skill-based workshops, bi-monthly coaching sessions, and access to a community of peers in similar roles, all designed to launch your career successfully.
