Watson Institute at Universidad Francisco Marroquín (UFM) is a program that accelerates the careers of entrepreneurial leaders through rigorous training in the skills required for success in today’s economy and workforce. Through intensive mentorship, a powerful global network, and a community of peers, the program protects the courage of the next generation to lead a life of impact. The Spring Watson Career Accelerator at UFM runs from January 11th to February 19th, 2021.

Watson Institute at UFM is for university students and young professionals from across the Americas and world determined to launch a successful career and life of impact. Students will connect with their purpose, practice the skills of entrepreneurship and leadership, and build a powerful global network. Current students of UFM are eligible to receive a minor for completing the program.

The Watson Career Accelerator at Universidad Francisco Marroquín will be delivered in English. The majority of faculty, mentors, and master course teachers will be fluent in both Spanish and English.
